About Me

I have always been passionate about dogs, having owned numerous, mainly the active & working breeds, since my childhood. This love of dogs, combined with a love of photography & the beautiful British countryside made earning a living from combining all three an obvious choice – and one from which I still derive immense satisfaction.

I currently have five dogs of my own – two working Springer Spaniels, two Chihuahuas & a rescued Cocker Spaniel who unbelievably had had 4 homes before he was even twelve weeks old. The poor little chap ‘Mustard’ was just skin & bone when we took him on at thirteen weeks old and has just celebrated his first birthday in September 2015. To this day he remains food obsessed & can often be caught with his head firmly wedged in a coat pocket when he catches scent of a carelessly left treat.

I currently have no plans to add more dogs to our household but as my other half is as fond of dogs as I am, I wouldn’t rule it out.
